Community-centered wine and spirits marketplace rooted in philanthropy opens a 5,140-square-foot space featuring new offerings including a rooftop event space and drinks by the glass.

The Good Pour, the nation’s first wine and spirits retail destination dedicated to philanthropy, is excited to announce the soft opening of its third Central Florida marketplace in Winter Park, beginning July 2, 2025.
Located at 631 S Orlando Ave, this new retail destination joins the company’s existing regional locations in College Park, Longwood, and Gainesville. To support the local economy, 15 full- and part-time jobs will be created at this Winter Park location.

Unique Offerings in Winter Park
Winter Park’s marketplace is designed to be more than just a shopping destination — it’s a place to celebrate. The Rooftop at The Good Pour provides a perfect rentable setting for events, from intimate business gatherings to larger celebrations.
This marketplace also introduces drinks by the glass during daily happy hour from 5 - 8 pm. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of more than 5,000 wines, spirits, beers, and unique gifts, all in a welcoming setting.

Grand Opening Activities
The First Pour Ribbon-Cutting Celebration will take place on Friday, August 8, from 2 - 4 pm, with a Community Grand Opening Party on Saturday, August 9, from 12 - 7 pm, including a public rooftop party featuring a DJ, giveaways, food, wine and spirits tastings, and much more!
Every day, guests can indulge with complimentary sips at the Tasting Bar, create personalized gifts with engraving services at the Gift Bar, and discover rare and fan-favorite wines and spirits. The project’s buildout was led by Batia Construction Company, with design by Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, ensuring the former bank space is both functional and inviting.
Through the innovative Pour Board and The Good Pour App, customers can explore nearly 200 charities supported by their purchases, making every transaction impactful. Since inception, The Good Pour has donated more than $265,000 to charitable causes, with a significant portion going to the MS Society and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.

Local patrons will have the ability to support nearby nonprofits directly through the app, such as The Finley Project, Menello Museum of Art, Mead Botanical Garden, Winter Park Library, and The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens.
Ray and Giuliana Horal, co-founders of The Good Pour, shared, "We've called Winter Park home for a few years, and there's no better place for us to bring the Good Pour experience to. We're passionate about blending history and tradition with innovation, which is exactly what Winter Park embodies as well. By partnering with Katerina and Vassilis Coumbaros, two local entrepreneurs that lead with heart, the sky is the limit.”
Local restaurateurs and managing partners Vassilis and Katerina Coumbaros added, “For nearly 20 years, we’ve invested in our community by creating spaces where people can gather for every occasion and enjoy amazing drinks and food. The Good Pour’s Winter Park location embodies all of that, and we could not be more excited about this new venture for our family!”
