Inspired by what they find — funny, sexy, romantic and poignant — they put on a show that celebrates the men and women who fight to defend our country.

Each year twenty-four professionally-acclaimed plein air artists will paint at the Polasek Museum and at other locations throughout Winter Park and Orlando. Art lovers are invited to watch the artists at work and attend free painting demonstrations. Artwork created during the Winter Park Paint Out will be on display as soon as they are completed and dropped off at the museum’s wet room. These wonderful paintings will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to support the Museum.

Month of Jazz at Timucua Arts Foundation: Anthony Stanco, a trumpet virtuoso from Southeast Michigan, draws from Detroit’s rich musical legacy, mentored by Marcus Belgrave and Rodney Whitaker.
