Glass in Flight 2 at Leu Gardens

All Shook Up
February 16 - March 10

The Gardens Theater presents All Shook Up. It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square little state rides a guitar-playing young man who shakes up everything and everyone he meets. While the mayor of the town has imposed a law that prohibits loud music, public necking, and tight pants, the townspeople begin to step out of their humdrum lives to dare to experience something more. A jukebox musical loosely based on Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and other works, this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy will have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Hound Dog,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”

 A new (wild) play. Sorry, grandma. For Enrique - sorry, Ricky - everything is perfect about Dairy Frontier, the giant dairy corporation he works for that controls every aspect of his life. Only now he's being told that if he wants to be promoted to Executive Manager, he's going to have to jump through some pretty crazy hoops (we'd tell you more about that but we're trying to avoid spoilers). Egged on by his capitalistic and blood-lusting boyfriend, Ricky struggles to kill off his past while remaining loyal to the company he loves in this dark, campy comedy. Get details here.

11th Annual Touch a Truck

The 11th annual Touch-a-Truck presented by Johnson’s Wrecker Service will rumble onto Knights Plaza at Addition Financial Arena on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Addition Financial Arena is hosting this free, interactive experience for families and kids of all ages.


The Ugly Duckling Presented by the Central Florida Ballet

When the audience arrives at Timucua, they will see 20 objects on stage, one representing each of the 20 short plays. Once the 60 minute timer starts, the host tells the audience members to shout out which object they want first, the host chooses that object and the corresponding play is performed. Once it’s over, the host screams “NEXT” and the audience shouts out for the next object. This goes until all 20 plays are performed or the 60 minute timer runs out.
