The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens ready to host the 17th Winter Park Paint Out

Twenty-two professionally-acclaimed plein air artists will paint at the Polasek Museum and at other locations throughout Winter Park and Orlando.


The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens is set to host the 17th Winter Park Paint Out

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens will host the 17th Annual Winter Park Paint Out from April 20 to 26, 2025, with the gallery and sculpture gardens free to enter throughout the week-long event.


Twenty-two professionally acclaimed plein air artists will paint at the Polasek Museum and locations nearby. Art lovers are invited to watch the artists at work, view their recently completed paintings in the Museum gallery, and attend free painting demonstrations.


Winter Park Paint Out

Artwork created during the Winter Park Paint Out will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to support the Museum. All artworks will be viewable online as it is created at winterparkpaintout.org.


The Winter Park Paint Out will end with a Garden Party on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Tickets can be

Paint-In on Park Ave

Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 5:30 - 8 pm.

Winter Park Paint Out will be bringing their plein air artists to Park Avenue where they will set up

their easels outside participating businesses along the Avenue for the evening. In collaboration with the Park Avenue District merchants, they will host the Paint-In on Park Ave, where guests will have the opportunity to stroll the Avenue, enjoy a curated selection of wine and appetizers from local businesses, and watch the artists in action. Tickets $25.00 each or 2 for $40.00


Polasek’s Garden Party

Saturday, April 26, 2025, 6 - 9 pm.

Close out the Winter Park Paint Out at the Garden Party! View and purchase artwork from the week while enjoying excellent food and live entertainment. Sponsors and VIPs gather for an exclusive preview starting at 5 pm.


Free Artist Demonstrations Daily April 21-25, 10 am & 1:30 pm.

FREE live demonstrations led by plein air artists at the Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens.


Now in its 17th year, the Winter Park Paint Out is a distinguished weeklong festival that invites highly acclaimed artists to paint “en plein air,” just like the 19th -century French Impressionists.


Audiences can watch the artists in action as they create more than 200 paintings that become part of a pop-up exhibition and flash sale. The Paint Out attracts art collectors, artists, and art enthusiasts of all ages.

About the Albin Polasek Museum:

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens preserves the home, studio, sculpture gardens, and collection of world-renowned Czech-American sculptor Albin Polasek (1879-1965). Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the museum offers guided tours of Polasek’s home, studio, and sculpture gardens. Thousands of visitors each year come from all over the world to be inspired by Polasek’s story of emigrating to the United States in 1901, becoming a celebrated artist, and continuing to create monumental works of art from his wheelchair after suffering a debilitating stroke at age 70.
