Plant City is home to the Florida Strawberry Festival, a uniquely Florida Festival that offers community fun for the entire community.

The sweetest festival in the sunshine state is back, with the 2026 Florida Strawberry Festival returning to Plant City from February 26 - March 8, 2026
This much loved annual spring celebration is packed with the sweetest strawberries, live music, thrilling rides, mouthwatering fair food, and entertainment for all the family.
The 91st Florida Strawberry Festival is an 11-day community event celebrating the strawberry
harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County. Each year, over 600,000 visitors enjoy the Festival’s
headline entertainment, youth livestock shows, exhibits of commerce and, of course, its
strawberry shortcake. (The official dessert of Florida!).

The Florida Strawberry Festival represents a piece of Americana, a time in American history when fairs and festivals brought communities together through celebrations of their harvests.
The festival continues to grow in popularity year after year through the preservation of this heritage, and is a must do event in Central Florida, with everything from pie-eating contests to pageants, and explore a lively midway with games and attractions for all ages.
Don't miss the chance to savor fresh a strawberry shortcake and discover unique crafts and exhibits. It's the perfect blend of family fun and local flavor!

For guests of all ages, time spent on the Midway at the Florida Strawberry Festival is often a highlight of their visit, and this year the thrills await you, with over 80 rides and attractions that spin, drop, whirl, and twirl, with fun for everyone!
One of the biggest attractions is the Berry Big Wheel. The Berry Big Wheel features 36 fully enclosed, colorful gondolas, each holding up to six riders and accessible seating is available.
Weighing 400,000 pounds and towering 15 stories high, the wheel is strung with 528,000 eye-catching, vibrant, energy-saving LED lights. The Berry Big Wheel is located on East Independent, near Neighborhood Village, and sponsored by The Bank of Tampa.

The Florida Strawberry Festival is all about the food, and of course the most popular food item is the Strawberry Shortcake!
You can also look forward to strawberry shortcakes, deep fried strawberry shortcake cookie dough bites, chocolate-covered strawberry slush, golden strawberry parfait, donuts, funnel cakes, corn dogs, assorted pies, fresh lemonade, strawberry crunch waffle cones, and so much more.

The Florida Strawberry Festival offers a delicious mix of strawberries, cream, and incredible entertainment, with a huge variety of headline entertainment together with a great selection of free acts throughout the eleven days of the event.
The 226 lineup of artists performing on the Wish Farms Soundstage is impressive, and includes The Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, Jo Dee Messina, Dierks Bentley, Marshall Tucker Band and The Offspring.
Advance tickets for gate admission and headline entertainment shows are on sale at the Amscot Main Ticket Office located at 2209 W. Oak Avenue in Plant City, and can also be purchased online at www.flstrawberryfestival.com, or by phone at 813-754-1996.
With such amazing performances in store, this year’s Festival is sure to be one for the books.
We’ve worked hard to create an event that celebrates not just our community’s love for
strawberries, but also our shared passion for music, fun, and tradition. Get ready- ‘The Stage Is
