The 2026-27 Broadway at the King Center Season revealed, including 3 Melbourne premieres

The King Center and The American Theatre Guild, the largest not-for-profit touring Broadway

presenter in the nation, are thrilled to announce the 2026–27 Broadway Season for the King Center.

The 2026–27 BROADWAY AT THE KING CENTER Series will include the following Broadway touring productions: MRS. DOUBTFIRE, WATER FOR ELEPHANTS, LEGALLY BLONDE – The Musical, and HADESTOWN. The 2026–27 Season will also include A CHRISTMAS CAROL as an Add-On.

As the King Center celebrates its 38th Anniversary on April 10, the organization reflects on its inaugural performance, a Broadway production of SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. In keeping with that tradition, the King Center remains proud to present national touring, professional Broadway productions for the Space Coast community, continuing a legacy of bringing world-class theater to Brevard County.

“Providing our community the opportunity to experience these productions without the need to travel to New York is incredibly meaningful. At the same time, we’re excited to introduce audiences to shows they may not have discovered otherwise, creating a welcoming hometown space where they can explore and fall in love with the world of Broadway,” said Ashley Dillow, director of marketing at the King Center.

We have a remarkable Season programmed for the 2026-27 Broadway at the King Center Series. Featuring one show currently lighting up the Broadway stage and three Melbourne premieres, our lineup reflects both the future and the very best of today’s theater,” says Amy Hamm, president and executive director, The American Theatre Guild. “We’re proud to

bring audiences Tony Award-winning shows, bold new stories, unforgettable performances, and the kind of world-class experiences that make The King Center a must-stop destination for Broadway.”
