Tapas Restaurant, Santiago’s Bodega closes Altamonte Springs location after 11 years

Central Florida has lost another restaurant. with Santiago’s Bodega in Altamonte Springs the latest to close.

Santiago’s Bodega, a small charming tapas restaurant chain with three locations, has announced the closure of one its Central Florida locations.

Revealing the news via a statement on social media, Santiago’s Bodega has announced that its Altamonte Springs location at 118 5 Spring Centre S Blvd has closed after 11 years of serving the local community with fine wines, sangria, and tapas.

The restaurant thanked customers and team members for their support over the past 11 years, "For 11 incredible years, you welcomed us, celebrated with us, and became part of our family. We are deeply grateful to our loyal guests, our dedicated team members, and this amazing community for the memories and support. This isn’t goodbye — it’s thank you."

Santiago’s Bodega is keen to stress that the closure of the Altamonte Springs location does not affect its other two locations, 802 Virginia Dr, Orlando, and 207 Petronia Street, Key West.

Nor does the closure affect sister restaurant, The Rev located on Virginia Drive in Ivanhoe Village.
