Sushi Saint's second location now open in Winter Park

Chef Michael Collantes has officially opened the doors to his latest restaurant, with Sushi Saint Winter Park now open in the former home of Bar Kada at 957 W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park.

Nestled between Soseki and Perla’s Pizza in Winter Park which the chef also owns, Collantes closed Bar Kada late last year citing a lack of financil viability for the restaurant. Now just over a month later, he has replaced it with a second location of his highly successful Michelin Bib Gourmand–awarded temaki sushi hand roll bar and lounge in downtown Orlando, Sushi Saint.

The Winter Park location will operate much like its downtown Orlando namesake, and yes, caviar donuts are on the menu.

Chef Collantes earned his first Michelin star in 2022, a year after launching Soseki Modern Omakase in Orlando, FL. Sushi Saint earned a spot on the Michelin Guide’s recommended list in February 2024 and was honored as a Bib Gourmand recipient in April 2024.

Chef Collantes and his team pride themselves on delivering the freshest sushi experience, and the new Sushi Saint will offer many of the same high-quality, innovative rolls, dishes and cocktails diners have grown to love at the original location, including the temaki bar which allows the skilled chefs to craft hand rolls right in front of guest, ensuring each bite is enjoyed at its peak freshness.

Tne new Winter Park location is open Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 5 - 10 pm, and Friday and Saturday 5 pm - 11 pm.
