Sunshine Get Down returns to Florida Sand Music Ranch featuring 25 bands on 2 stages over 3 days

Sunshine Get Down is a music festival featuring a variety of styles on a beautiful wooded 80 acre park in Brooksville, Florida.

The Second Annual Sunshine Get Down takes place at Florida Sand Music Ranch from May 16-18, 2024

Featuring 25 bands on two alternating stages over three days, the festival offers a diverse mix of music: classic rock, reggae, bluegrass, originals, jam bands, southern rock plus tributes to Pink Floyd, Phish, Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin and Grateful Dead.

Artists performing over the weekend include headliners, Rainbow Full of Sound performs Dead Zep, Melody Trucks & Friends with Special Guest Vaylor Trucks, and Tand.

Other fun activities include Yoga Flow with Dillon Reeder on Friday and Saturday morning, Kid's Tie Dye Workshop with Arnie Mazilah, and the Name That Grateful Dead Tune Contest.  

Florida Sand Music Ranch is a beautiful 80 acre wooded park with 200 premium sites with water and electricity for RVs or cars, as well as primitive sites for car and tent camping.

Located at 85 Myers Rd. Brooksville, the park has private hot showers, bathrooms, and a large pavilion adjacent to both stages.

A variety of food vendors at the festival will provide choices for everyone: vegetarian, vegan, carnivore, omnivore, and don't forget desserts! Beer and wine will be available for purchase on-site and BYOB is also permitted.

Merch vendors will offer clothing, arts & crafts, vinyl, soaps, jewelry and more.
