Storm Nicole: Universal Orlando Still No Planned Reopening Announced

Universal Orlando Resort have shared an update this morning, Thursday November 10, on its reopening plans following the passing of Storm Nicole, and the news is that the resort have still not made a decision on when to reopen.


Universal shared that they are completing post storm assessments across the resort, keeping safety in mind, and will share today’s specific phased reopening plans soon.

The Universal Orlando Resort Guest Contact Center is currently experiencing higher than expected wait times and is currently assisting guests with travel plans directly affected by the approaching storm.


If you have an existing reservation for arrival through Friday, Nov. 11, that you would like to cancel or modify, please contact our Guest Contact Center Team Members by calling 800-711-0080 or emailing reservations@universalorlando.com.


If your travel dates are after Friday, Nov. 11, please contact us at a later date.
