Bootlegger’s Dinner returns for one night only, featuring bold Código 1530 tequila pairings and a crave-worthy three-course menu.

Tonight, Thursday. February 12, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs will host their Bootlegger’s Dinner for one night only, featuring bold Código 1530 tequila pairings and a crave-worthy three-course menu. Inside, guests are transported to the Prohibition Era, where they can enjoy forbidden flavors starting at $102 per person.
Begin with a starter course of Midnight Rose, a refreshing blend of Código 1530 Blanco infused with strawberry pink peppercorn cordial, dry vermouth, wild rose water, citrus bitters and micro bouquet paired with Insalata di Millefoglie, an Italian salad decorated in wild honey, whipped ricotta, walnut butter, radicchio, tangerine oil, fermented citrus and pane carasau.
Derived from French White Oak red wine barrels located in the Napa Valley, the entree includes the Black Pearl, a coffee-infused Código 1530 Reposado with mandarin oleosaccharum, dry curaçao, cocoa nib tea, coffee bitters and agrumato tangerine oil paired with Bistecca con Crosta di Caffè, an espresso-rubbed new york strip served with pea purée, beef tallow, polenta torta and aged balsamic.
To finish off the night sweet, guests can experience Golden Hour, a unique mix of Código 1530 Añejo, orange blossom chamomile tea concentrate, toasted coconut water reduction, wildflower honey, vanilla extract and edible flower served with Crostata al Latte di Cocco e Crema, a coconut curd tart dolloped with whipped ganache, tequila caviar and finger limes.
