Florida's premier horror convention, Spooky Empire returns to Orlando this weekend for its spring edition with Celebrities, Vendors, Artists and more!
Spooky Empire is Orlando's legendary convention weekend for fans that enjoy the dark side of comic con, and the spring incarnation of the twice yearly event returns Friday, May 17 - Sunday, May 19 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive.
Spooky Empire features an enormous room of vendors, a film and tattoo festival, music, celebrities, costume contests and more to satiate even the most diehard aficionados of the spooky season.
Spooky Empire has already announced a star-studded list of celebrities attending this year's spring event, with many more to be announced!
Celebrities include the cast of one of the scariest films of the 90's, THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT! Meet HEATHER DONAHUE, MICHAEL WILLIAMS, and JOSHUA LEONARD, PLUS Writer and Director EDUARDO SÁNCHEZ.
KATHRYN NEWTON will also be joining spooky Empire for the first time this May! KATHRYN'S most recent project is the leading role in the newly released Diablo Cody film "Lisa Frankenstein", a coming of rage love story about a teenager and her crush, who happens to be a corpse.
Plus, meet Twilight stars PETER FACINELLI "Carlisle", ASHLEY GREENE "Alice", and JACKSON RATHBONE " Jasper." This trio of vampires has appeared in all the Twilight Saga of films!
Oh, and of course, "JASON" is joining the fun this May with DEREK MEARS, the man behind many masks making an appearance.

The "Children of the Corn" will be joining Spooky Empire this May! Meet COURTNEY GAINS "Malachai", JOHN FRANKLIN "Isaac", JOHN PHILBIN "Amos" PLUS Director FRITZ KIERSCH of Stephen King's CHILDREN OF THE CORN (1984).
