Splashing News - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park to re-open on March 17 at Walt Disney World, but Blizzard Beach is closing again!

Walt Disney World has announced that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon will reopen on March 17, 2024, with Disney’s Blizzard Beach having its last day op operations March 16.

Splashing news for fans of Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, as Walt Disney World has revealed that the water park will re-opens on March 17.

Sadly at the same time as Disney's Typhoon Lagoon re-opening, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park will be closing yet again for refurbishment beginning March 17, 2024.

It had been hoped that Walt Disney World would open both its water parks, but this is not to be as Disney continues its post-pandemic cycle of leaving only one of the two parks open at a time.
