Second original house announced for Halloween Horror Nights 34 in Orlando, "Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters"

Fresh from announcing its first original haunted house, "El Artista: A Spanish Haunting," Universal Orlando Resort has dropped a second original house coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Florida!

Announced via the HHN social media accounts, the house is called "Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters."

While not giving too much away, Universal Orlando describe the house as, "In this Old West town, all hell is breaking loose. Masses of red-hot lava demons are crawling out of Hell’s Well and trying to possess everyone, melting everything in their path. As you flee from the post office to the bank, the prison to the graveyard, your only hope is Hatchet and Chains with their arsenal of mystical weapons.."

Halloween Horror Nights 2025 will happen on select nights from August 29 to November 2 at Universal Studios Florida. Premium Scream Night will take place on August 28.

Already announced for HHN 2025 is El Artista: A Spanish Haunting.

The house is described as, "In 19th-century Spain, a tortured artist moves to an isolated country manor to seek inspiration. Instead, as he wanders the ghostly hallways and haunted conservatory, malevolent spirits break into our realm through his paintings. He tries to resist, but the art comes to life and possesses him. Now, you’re about to be part of the permanent exhibition."

Also announced is the iconic horror villain Jason Voorhees. Yes, a Friday the 13th themed haunted house - JASON UN1V3RSE is coming to Orlando, with guests being invited to step into Jason Voorhees terrifying world, from his sinister shack in the woods to the summer camp where it all began...

In addition to a house based on Friday the 13th, Five Nights at Freddy's will be coming to this year's HHN 34, together with the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Prime Video’s Fallout.

Halloween Horror Nights 2025 will happen on select nights from August 29 to November 2 at Universal Studios Florida, with Premium Scream Night returning this year on August 28.
