SeaWorld Orlando plans to open noon Wednesday with Aquatica & Discover Cove closed

As Hurricane Idalia continues to grow rapidly and readies to come ashore as a major hurricane, SeaWorld Orlando have announced changes to its operating hours.

With Hurricane Idalia set to slam the state's west coast as a dangerous life threatening hurricane, SeaWorld Orlando has announced operational updates for tomorrow, Wednesday, August 30.

Here is the latest information for SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove:

SeaWorld Orlando will open at noon on Wednesday, August 30.

Aquatica Orlando will be closed on Wednesday, August 30, with normal operations expected to resume on Thursday, August 31.

All date-intended tickets for closure days have been extended through August 31, 2024 and requires no action to be taken.

Discovery Cove will operate normal hours Tuesday, August 29, and will be closed Wednesday, August 30. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, August 31.
