New life is once agin being breathed back into Church Street as SAK Comedy Club and more will be joining Fringe ArtSpace who took over the former Mad Cow Theatre earlier this year.
Great news for downtown Orlando as several new tenants are coming soon to Church Street Market on Church Street.
According to Orlando Business Journal. the mixed-use downtown Orlando retail building located at 54 and 55 W. Church St will be welcoming new tenants into a whopping 20,000 square feet of space, which has been lying empty for some time.
Notable new addition is SAK Comedy Lab who will be moving from their longtime home on Orange Avenue.
SAK Comedy Lab will be moving right next door to Fringe ArtSpace who took over the former Mad Cow Theatre earlier this year.
Other new tenants arriving throughout the coming months include a permanent spot for popular taco food truck Birria1983, Luxe Med Spa Aesthetics, BluWave Sushi and The Bao Spot.
It really is great to see this area of downtown come to life again!
