Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been closed for refurbishment since January, and now we know when it re-opens!

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has been closed at Disney's Hollywood Studios since January for an extended period of refurbishment to address ongoing reliability issues with the aging coaster.
At the time Disney did not given an indication to the length of the refurb, but now we know that the coaster will reopen this summer, on July 27, hopefully having fixed ongoing reliability issues with the much loved coaster.
In 2023, the roller coaster which is now 24 years old, was also closed from early February through until late May as Disney worked on reliability issues.
It is not known if there will be any cosmetic changes during the current, more than 6-month refurbishment, other than fixing system and track issues with the coaster.
