Relâche Spa at Gaylord Palms is currently offering limited-time specials. The Spa is also inviting guests to experience the unique touchless Therabody RESET Suite.

In the spirit of the New Year, Gaylord Palms’ Relâche Spa invites guests to pamper themselves with a slate of special offerings, and by relaxing in the new Therabody RESET Suite. Available now – Jan. 31, Relâche Spa is offering its “New Year, New You: Revitalize Your New Year” specials. Guests are invited to embrace 2024 with a refreshed mind, body and soul by trying three New Year treatments: 

• The Relâche Renewal Massage is a 50-minute massage with a muscle soothing clay mask. This massage, valued at $210, is offered for a limited time at $170 plus taxes and service charge. 

• The Relâche Firm & Lift Facial will revive your glow and help you unwind with a 50-minute facial featuring a complimentary NuFace micro current treatment OR GuaSha facial massage. This package, valued at $220, is being offered for $180 plus taxes and service charge. 

• The Relâche Winter Remedy/Lavender and Muscle-ease will polish away dry winter skin with a lavender sugar scrub. This treatment also eases away aches and pains with a therapeutic muscle soak. This service, valued at $205, is being offered at $175 plus taxes and service charge. 

In addition to the New Year specials, Relâche Spa is welcoming guests into the new Therabody RESET Suite. This touchless treatment creates the ultimate sensory experience to help relax guests’ minds and reset their bodies by supporting mental and physical well-being, stress relief and improved sleep.

Exclusive Therabody technology used in the Therabody RESET Suite includes: 

• The Therabody Lounger, a zero gravity chair that utilizes vibration to decrease pain and stress while improving circulation. 

• Therabody SmartGoggles, an eye mask that uses heat and vibration to relieve eye strain and invoke relaxation throughout the head and face. 

• The wireless compression Therabody JetBoots, which deliver therapeutic compression to the legs. 

• TheraMind, sound therapy which provides a soothing soundtrack to the entire experience. 

Upon entering the suite, a spa specialist will warmly welcome each guest, explaining the Therabody RESET Suite and assisting the guest in getting comfortable. The experience begins in the Therabody Lounger, where the spa specialist will help guests slide on a pair of JetBoots. Guests are then provided with noise-reducing headphones and a pair of SmartGoggles to relax the face. The Lounger will then be tilted back to provide the guest with a zero-gravity sensation as the Lounger, SmartGoggles and JetBoots work together to provide a full-body relaxation treatment.  

This spa service is a full sensory experience; a heated blanket is provided to compliment the revitalizing Therabody technology. TheraMind sound therapy played through noise-reducing headphones provides a relaxing ambiance to the session, and calming fragrances pumped through the room add an additional level of calm.
