Pigzza, the brand new pizza concept coming to Mills 50 from the owner of Pig Floyd’s Urban Barbacoa, has set an opening date for April 18.
The new pizza restaurant which includes a full bar and coffee service is located just three blocks west of Pig Floyd’s at 1050 N. Mills Avenue, right next to Will's Pub.
Owner Thomas Ward revealed the opening date this week, with Pigzza accepting dinner reservations via Resy.com, beginning 9am on Saturday, April 15, ahead of the restaurants opening on Tuesday, April 18 at 11 am.
Owner Ward has revealed that while the menu has not yet been finalized for the restaurant, he said that he will be releasing the menu ahead of the opening next week.
At first the new restaurant will only be open for dinner service with reservations highly recommended, although they will have limited availability for walk-ups.
Ward has asked customers to be patient when the restaurant opens its doors, as the new team obviously need an adjustment period with everything being so new.
