P.F. Chang’s brings New Duck Wings, Duck Fried Rice and Wagyu Egg Rolls to Orlando

Inspired by Kyoto's celebrated autumn traditions, the limited-time menu introduces Duck Fried Rice, Duck Wings, Wagyu Egg Rolls, handcrafted cocktails, and new seasonal favorites

P.F. Chang’s is giving Orlando diners something new to try this fall with the launch of Autumn in Kyoto, a limited-time seasonal menu inspired by one of Japan's most celebrated seasons.
Available now through November 3rd guests can gather around the table for a new lineup of rich seasonal dishes, including new duck offerings and Wagyu Egg Rolls, alongside handcrafted cocktails and shareable favorites inspired by the warmth and beauty of autumn in Kyoto.
"Autumn is a season that naturally brings people together, and we wanted to capture that sense of connection through the P.F. Chang's experience," said Jim Mazany, Chief Executive Officer of P.F. Chang's. "With Autumn in Kyoto, we've designed a warm, rich, and highly unique, limited-time menu to give guests something new to discover and enjoy together."
For its latest menu launch, P.F. Chang's introduces two new duck dishes to participating locations nationwide: Duck Wings, tossed in teriyaki sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds, Fresno peppers and scallions, and Duck Fried Rice, a premium take on a familiar favorite featuring shredded duck, julienned vegetables, edamame, fried shallots, kimchi, chili jam, chili-spiced butter and a fried egg.
The seasonal lineup also introduces new Wagyu Egg Rolls, crispy rolls filled with Wagyu beef, black pepper, garlic, ginger and julienned vegetables, finished with black garlic aioli. Also returning is the Sushi Boat, building on its popularity as a shareable centerpiece and giving guests even more reason to gather around the table and experience the season together.
"Autumn gives us the opportunity to work with deeper, richer flavors and ingredients that feel especially craveable this time of year," said Steve Solis, VP of Culinary at P.F. Chang's. "We challenged ourselves to reimagine familiar P.F. Chang's favorites through unexpected seasonal pairings. The result is a menu that feels comforting and approachable but still delivers the bold flavor and sense of discovery our guests come to us for."
The new menu extends to the bar through a new partnership with YOSHI Matcha Liqueur, the first matcha liqueur to market, crafted with ceremonial-grade matcha.
P.F. Chang's is among the first national restaurant brands to bring the innovative spirit to guests and introduce the liqueur to restaurant menus nationwide. Together, P.F. Chang's and YOSHI invite guests to enjoy the Matcha Martini, blending RumChata, YOSHI Matcha Liqueur, cream of coconut and a hint of cinnamon.
The seasonal cocktail lineup also includes the new Kyoto Cabin, made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, black tea, maple and lemon, and finished with a nutmeg aroma.
The spirit of sharing extends beyond the table this fall through P.F. Chang's Spirit of the Zodiac: Spirit of Strength campaign benefiting Starlight Children's Foundation.
Guests can support Starlight by rounding up their check through Round It Up America or purchasing Bao, P.F. Chang's limited-edition Spirit of Strength horse plush, for $10; through the Buy One, Give One program, every Bao purchased helps provide another plush to a child through Starlight.
