A new Asian buffet is opening soon on Highway 192 in Kissimmee, close to Walt Disney World.

Diners in Kissimmee will soon have a new option for lunch and dinner, with a new Asin buffet set to take over the space that was home to a Ponderosa Steakhouse.
Located at 7598 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, the new buffet restaurant is located next to Westgate Vacation Villas Resort, and close to Animal Kingdom, and Disney's All Satrs Resort.
Osaka Bay Buffet promises a dining experience that "blends the bold flavors of Chinese-American cuisine, the artistry of sushi, the excitement of hibachi cooking, and the laid-back vibe of a full alcohol bar."

The menu will offer traditional Asian fair, but with a modern twist. Guests can expect a wide variety of Chinese-American favorites, from crispy General Tso's Chicken to savory lo mein and fresh stir-fried vegetables, using fresh ingredients to deliver dishes that are "comforting, flavorful, and crave-worthy."

Diners can also look forward to a sushi bar features a variety of classic and signature rolls, sashimi, and nigiri made fresh throughout the day.

There will also be live cooking at a hibachi grill station, where skilled chefs will prepare customers meals right before their eyes. Choose from a variety of proteins, vegetables, and seasonings to create the perfect hibachi plate.
Osaka Bay Buffet will also feature a full alcohol bar, featuring beer, wine, sake, and handcrafted cocktails.
No opening date has been announced for Osaka Bay Buffet yet, but it is hoped to have the restaurant open by this summer.
