Downtown employees can enjoy free coffee, ice cream, sweet treats, mini meals, and more!

The Downtown Orlando Partnership and Downtown Development Board want to celebrate the city’s dedicated workforce. It’s their way of saying thank you for all your hard work!
From September 8 - 12, Downtown employees can look forward to a week of daily giveaways, employee discounts, live music, and fun surprises, which will be taking place throughout Downtown.
In celebration of the DOP & DDB's Downtown Employee Appreciation Week, United Arts of Central Florida is excited for the return of their floral pop-up installations all throughout downtown!
Inspired by Lewis Miller's Flower Flash in NYC, five talented floral design artists are creating vibrant floral displays that can be found at City Hall, Duncan Park, Orange and Wall Street, Discover Downtown, and the Fordify the Arts Courtyard from September 8 - 12, 2025.
Morning Coffee Mixer - September 8
Kick off Downtown Employee Appreciation Week with a complimentary coffee from City Beautiful Cafe and a pastry from Rise Southern Biscuits at our coffee bar located in the City Hall Rotunda! The first 150 employees will receive a free coffee and pastry.
Subs & Sweets- September 8
Join Downtown Orlando Partnership and Downtown Development Board in Duncan Park for a complimentary cookie from DoubleTree Hotel along with a mini sub and bottled water! The first 500 employees will receive a free cookie, mini sub, and water.
Beverages & Biscuits- September 9
Stop by Discover Downtown to grab a complimentary bottled beverage from Pepsi and a biscuit from Great Harvest Bakery! The first 150 employees will receive a free beverage and biscuit.
Meet the Mascots - September 9
Head over the the Kia Center Atrium for a complimentary lunchtime hotdog or pretzel and Pepsi beverage! Stay to mingle with fellow downtown employees, snap a picture with Orlando's iconic mascots, and meet Orlando Magic Community Ambassadors. The first 1,000 employees will receive a free lunch item and beverage.
Coffee at Bellhop -September 10
Stop by Bellhop for a complimentary coffee and breakfast bar before work! The first 150 employees will receive a free coffee and breakfast bar.
Food Trucks & Fun - September 10
Grab a complimentary mini meal from Orlando Food Trucks in front of the Dr. Phillips Center! The first 1,000 employees will receive a free mini meal. Additional food will be available for purchase at each truck.
Ice Cream in the Park - September 11
Enjoy a complimentary ice cream from The Greenery Creamery or Sampaguita at the Lake Eola Bandshell! The first 1,000 employees will receive a free ice cream.
Coffee & Commemoration - September 11
Grab a complimentary coffee at City National Bank and cheer on the Orlando Fire Department as they climb the 110 flights in honor of 9/11. The same number of flights in the World Trade Center towers. The first 500 employees will receive a free hot coffee or coldbrew.
Morning Coffee Giveaway - September 12
Get a complimentary coffee! Locations will be announced soon. The first 75 employees at each location will receive a complimentary coffee.
Lunchtime Sweet Treat - September 12
Head over to the pocket park on the intersection of Orange Ave and Pine St for a sweet treat from Jeremiah's Ice! The first 1,000 employees will receive a complimentary Italian Ice.
