Orlando based indie folk band The 502s bring the Easy Street Tour home to House of Blues Orlando

The five-piece self-proclaimed "Happiest Band On Earth," The 502s from Maitland, feature breezy banjos, shout-along choruses, and an energy that bursts like a cannonball into a swimming pool, with the band describing their music as sunshine that you can dance to!

"We're excited to be hitting the road, and plan on doing it with more energy, more joy and more dancing than ever before," the group shared. "This tour is a celebration of community, connection and the wild joy of live music — 502s style!"

Named after their latest album, Easy Street, the tour kicked off on September 9 in Columbia, MO, and includes a homecoming show in Orlando, before wrapping up on November 17 in Boise, ID.

The 502s: Easy Street Tour will take to the stage at House of Blues Orlando on Saturday, October 11 with special guests Arts Fishing Club.

The 502s are a beach folk band from Maitland, formed by Ed Isola, whose lineup includes frontman Ed Isola, horn player Joe Capati, drummer Sean Froelich, bassist Nick Dallas and guitarist Graci Phillips.

Their song "Just A Little While" made a viral splash with over 100M streams. Press play and you’ll be barefoot in the sand, laughing with friends, and singing at the top of your lungs—even if it’s just in your kitchen!

The band has released four albums since 2018, with the latest album, "Easy Street" offering a treasure trove of sing-along songs like “Sweet Tooth” with its indomitable spirit sharing a giddy portrait of a summer crush. Fittingly the album opens with the bright and bouncy “Sayonara,” one of the very first songs penned for the album.

Easy Street is a 13-song concept album set entirely in the bliss of a beach town, a carefree dreamland of warm sands and never-ending sunshine.

“In the past we’ve had limited time in the studio, and the process has been chaotic, but this album was so much more fun,” share The 502s.

“We all felt very connected, and there were a lot of moments that came from us just having a good time and riffing off each other—which is essentially the core of who we are as a band.”

“One of the main things we wanted to get across with the album is that you can choose which road to take. When you listen to all these songs in succession, there’s a sense of saying goodbye to the bad and welcoming the good into your life,” the band adds.
