Located in Stonehill Plaza, the new restaurant offers fresh, fast, and affordable meals with special grand opening promotions available for a limited time.
Just Salad, THE fast-casual restaurant chain has anounced the grand opening of its new location in Oviedo. Situated at 25 W Mitchell Hammock Rd, Suite 1101, the store officially opened its doors on Monday, June 9, 2025.
The new Oviedo location offers a solution for busy students, professionals, and residents seeking quick, delicious meals that align with their health and sustainability values. Customers will benefit from Just Salad's convenient ordering options, including online ordering via the Just Salad app, and delivery through third-party partners, alongside traditional counter service.
The restaurant features a welcoming space for dine-in guests, providing flexibility for those who prefer to eat on-site or take their meals to go. As always, the location upholds Just Salad's commitment to fresh, high-quality meals with daily in-house ingredient preparation.

Guests will be able to choose from over fifteen chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, market plates, soups, and smoothies when visiting the new store. Specific menu highlights include Just Salad’s seasonal offerings, fan-favorite Iconic Salads - the Crispy Chicken Poblano, Thai Chicken Crunch, and Tokyo Supergreens - and Earth-Friendly salads with low carbon footprints.
With Just Salad’s signature Reusable Bowl Program, guests are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl for $1.99 and will receive a free topping with every reuse.
To celebrate the Oviedo opening, Just Salad will be offering the following promotions:
First 100 Guests Giveaway: On Monday, July 7, 2025, the first 100 guests in line at opening with the Just Salad app downloaded and an account created will receive a free Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad.
Giveback Day: On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Just Salad will donate $1 for every meal sold in-store to The Cuplet Fern Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society.
$5 Meal Days: From Wednesday, July 9 through Friday, July 11, 2025, every customer who orders in-store will receive their meal for just $5.
$5 VIP Day: On Saturday, July 12, 2025, customers who use their Just Salad Reusable Bowl will receive their meal for $5.
$5 Community Workers Day: On Sunday, July 13, 2025, local community workers (e.g., healthcare, education, municipal employees - proof of employment is required) can purchase any meal for $5 in-store.
Reusable Bowl Happy Hour: Just Salad will offer $9.69 salads and warm bowls for Just Salad Reusable Bowl customers who order in-store on weekdays from 3pm - 6pm between Monday, July 14 - Friday, August 1, 2025.
