Sushi Saint

Sushi Saint, the popular downtown Orlando hand roll sushi concept from Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes, will open at ICON Park in 2026, its second location in the Orlando area. Expected to open this spring, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating for 150 guests, offering fresh hand rolls and a relaxed vibe that works for a quick bite or a slow night out.
Cava Mediterranean Grill

A new restaurant is coming to Vineland Pointe in February 2026, Cava Mediterranean Grill offers the mouthwatering flavors of Cava's Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
Cowboy Curry

A new Japanese beef curry house, Cowboy Curry is now open inside Mills Market in the Mills 50 District. Led by Chef William Shen, who also heads the Two-MICHELIN-Star Sorekara. This new concept is inspired by the original Japanese curry, CowBoy Curry is a rich, umami, savory beef curry infused with a blend of aromatic spices served with rice and vegetables.

Harlow Grove

Harlow Grove Restaurant & Bar, an elevated two-story dining experience is set to open in downtown Winter Garden in spring 2026. Located within Smith & Main Place, positioned just steps from Plant Street, Harlow Grove Restaurant & Bar is the latest concept from Knallhart Management Group blending ambiance, food, drinks, and company into the perfect cocktail of a dining experience.
Pomelo
1632 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803
Top Chef Season 3 winner Hung Huynh is bringing the bold flavors of Southeast Asia to the heart of Mills 50 District, opening Pomelo at 1632 N Mills Avenue (formerly The Twisted Handle) in the Fresh Market Plaza. Pomelo will be a laid-back, 2,600-square-foot indoor and outdoor bar with seating for around 100 guests. The new concept will offer Southeast Asian flavors in a relaxed, social atmosphere, complete with seafood towers, live-fire eats, bar snacks, shareables, and tropical cocktails.
Osteria Ester

Osteria Ester brings warm Italian-American hospitality to Thornton Park with handmade pastas, hearth-baked focaccia, Italian wines, and classic cocktails. The new concept is from Jason and Sue Chin, the power couple behind Orlando’s Good Salt Restaurant Group and 2025 James Beard Award finalists for Outstanding Restaurateur. They also head up The Osprey, The Monroe, Seito Sushi in Baldwin Park and Restaurant Row, Reyes Mezcaleria, and Sparrow.

Still Lounge by Dre and Snoop

Now open at Pointe Orlando, Still Lounge by Dre and Snoop is spearheaded by rap icons Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. This new nightspot is where classic meets iconic—an elevated nightlife experience that blends the smooth sophistication of a top-tier cocktail lounge with the energy and cultural influence of hip-hop’s most legendary duo. Rooted in premium spirits, high-style atmosphere, and the best beats, this lounge is built for those who know how to sip slow, celebrate iconically, and live legendary!
CityArts Cafe
37 S Magnolia Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
After a multi-year break, Orlando's Downtown Arts District has reopened CityArts Cafe. Located adjacent to CityArts Orlando housed inside the historic Rogers Kiene Building, the 530-square foot café serves delicious Lavazza espresso based coffee, drip, a variety of tea and tisanes and soft drinks. Food served includes pastries such as croissants, scones, muffins and bagels made fresh by Olde Hearth Bakery. Partial proceeds support local artists.
Walter’s Tavern
2105 N Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32804
Big news at The Packing District, with a new 3,800-square-foot bar located inside the historic Great Southern Box Company Food Hall in the heart of The Packing District now open. Walter’s Tavern, owned by longtime Orlando operators Scott Kotroba and Matty Bullitt, features craft cocktails, an elevated sports-viewing experience, and live entertainment.
Selva Rosa Cocina & Bar

Something wild is taking root in Maitland. Selva Rosina will offer an elevated casual space blending Mexican, Latin American and Asian flavors. The venue will also have three distinct areas, including a main dining room, a sushi bar and an outdoor patio.

Kappo Tsan

Chef David Tsan has spent the last three years leading Norigami, the Michelin-awarded sushi and handroll bar at Plant Street Market, where his precise cooking, warm hospitality, and creative flair earned a loyal following. He is now bringing his next vision to life in O-Town West. Kappo Tsan is a 30-seat Kappo-style restaurant, bringing together his Taiwanese heritage and culinary roots in Japanese cooking. Chefs will prepare seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes right before your eyes. Each course unfolds before you — knife work, heat, aroma, and plating coming together in real time. Similar to omakase, but in a more relaxed setting, kappo is a tasting journey that celebrates the connection between guest and chef.
The Reverie

The Reverie is a new restaurant coming to Winter Park’s historic Hannibal Square district in fall 2026, Taking over the former home of Chez Vincent, The Reverie is the latest concept from James Beard-nominated Chef Brandon McGlamery, whose previous projects include Luke’s Kitchen in Maitland and the MICHELIN Recommended Prato in Winter Park. The Reverie is described as a refined yet approachable American brasserie.
Fat Rosie’s Taco and Tequila Bar

Chicago chain Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is expanding, opening its newest location in Orlando within Waterford Lakes Town Center at 749 N. Alafaya Trail early in 2026. Embracing the motto, “Fluent in Fiesta,” Fat Rosie’s is designed to turn a casual night into an unforgettable celebration. Guests can expect authentic decor straight from Mexico, with a menu featuring traditional Mexican cuisine with a fun and modern take!

Jack in the Box

It was back in March 2023 we first brought you the news that California based fast food chain Jack In The Box had plans to return to Florida for the first time in over 30 years, with a new restaurant in Orlando. the great news is that the restaurant is set to open in March 2026, bringing its iconic menu that features customer favorites like burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, breakfast, and late-night snacking options. The new Orlando location will offer dine-in, drive-thru, and mobile ordering options and will be open 24 hours per day.
PopUp Bagels

Viral bagel chain PopUp Bagels has found a home in Winter Park.The Connecticut-based concept offers an assortment of classic bagels, including plain, poppy, salt, and sesame, along with traditional cream cheese and butter flavors sold by the tub. The chain also offers "rotating schmear" flavors include maple cinnamon butter and sabatino truffle cream cheese.
Little Sister Dumpling

Little Sister Dumpling is a new fast-casual restuarant is set to open in 2026 in Orlando's Mills 50 District, offering a huge variety of dumplings, with customers able to choose from classic and modern dumplings, including vegan options.

O-Ku Sushi

A brand-new restaurant is set to open in downtown Orlando near Lake Eola, with Jiang's Kitchen offering authentic Chinese cuisine and handmade dumplings. The restaurant opening in early 2026 will feature a new concept of fresh, handmade dumplings made in an open display in front of guests, allowing them to see how the dumplings are made from scratch. Jiang's Kitchen will feature seating for 86 guests within a full-service dining room, and bar.

Terra Modern American

Terra Modern American is a new restaurant and lobby bar set to open in February 2026 within downtown Orlando's Society. The new concept by Thriving Hospitality, the team behind Lamp & Shade, Thrive, and The Packwoods, is a bold new dining experience where modern American flavors meet thoughtful craft in a space designed for connection. Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the full-service restaurant with a bar-forward layout will feature 120+ seats.
