An exciting new Japanese dessert concept, KORI Bakery and Dessert is getting ready to open the doors to its new Orlando home this summer.

KORI is a Japanese infused bakery and dessert shop and will feature Shokupan loaves and toasts along with icy desserts and drinks!

So what is Shokupan? It’s Japanese milk bread. Imagine incredibly soft, fluffy slices with just the right hint of sweetness. Each loaf is crafted with love, using traditional techniques that ensure a perfectly airy texture and a golden-brown crust that’s out of this world.

Located at 721 N Mills, the bakery and dessert shop in set to open late July or early August.

In Japanese, KŌRI means “ice”; which it also referrers to cold, icy beverages or ice desserts.

The new Orlando concept is a fusion of traditional Japanese flavors with a modern twist, inspired by the rich heritage of Japanese bakeries and dessert shops, the new bakery is hoping to introduce Orlando to the unique world of Japanese-inspired sweets desserts and bake goods.

KORI has also collaborated with KOS, the Orlando-based Coffee Roastery & Coffee Shop to blend KŌRI’s signature teas with specialty coffee from KOS to create a unique series of tea and coffee drinks.

Discover KORI when they open this summer!
