New burger concept from celebrity chef Bobby Flay touches down at Orlando International Airport soon

MCO is set to welcome the first Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay to Florida.

Award-winning chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and TV personality Bobby Flay is set to join the ongoing food snd drink expansion of Orlando International Airport (MCO).
The quick service restaurant, "Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay" will offer travelers from around the world a selection of made-to-order signature burgers, sides, and milkshakes all crafted by Bobby Flay himself, including the Bacon Crunchburger, Nacho Burger, Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the Beat Bobby Flay-winning Veggie Burger.
In addition to the core menu, the concept will offer a steady lineup of crave-worthy limited time offerings to keep the menu fresh.
As part of MCO’s continued growth and modernization, travelers can look forward to bold flavors and fresh ingredients that can be enjoyed at any point during the travel day.
The airport location is intended to serve both passengers looking for a quick meal and those with time between flights, with Bobby Flay hoping to tap into the 58 million passengers who travel through the airport annually.
The menu is all about taking classic American flavors to the next level, travelers at MCO can look forward to:
Bacon Crunchburger
This fan-favorite is made with Certified Angus Beef and packed with melty American cheese, crispy bacon, Bobby’s sauce and signature Crunchified potato chips.
Fried Chicken Sandwich
Juicy, crispy and perfectly seasoned, the fried chicken sandwich is made to perfection, topped with fresh coleslaw, pickles and Aji Amarillo Mayo.
Bobby’s Veggie Burger
Beat Bobby Flay winning recipe has won over even the most devoted carnivores and is made from scratch with BBQ mushrooms, chickpeas and quinoa before being topped with lettuce, tomato, American cheese and Bobby’s sauce.
Spoon-Bending Premium Milkshakes
Flay's milkshakes offer the perfect combination of creamy goodness and sweet flavor – Including Bobby’s personal favorite, Pistachio!
Crave-worthy sides, include Buttermilk Onion Rings to Bacon + Cheese Fries.
Plus, the restaurant will offer a breakfast menu—featuring Bobby’s Breakfast Burrito and espresso-based coffee drinks.

The restaurant will be developed in partnership with OTG Concessions, a leading airport hospitality group known for best-in-class concepts, elevated design and integrated technology. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), which oversees MCO, continues to invest in new concession options to enhance the passenger experience.
