Movie Trash at The Nook presents an Ed Wood Double Feature!

Movie Trash at The Nook presents a double feature of sci-fi classics, Bride of the Monster and Plan Nine From Outer Space.

On Saturday, April 6 at 8 pm, Movie Trash at The Nook located at 2432 E. Robinson St, Orlando presents an ED WOOD DOUBLE FEATURE!

Edward D. Wood, Jr found the fame he was always chasing after his death… in 1980 (in the book The Golden Turkey Awards by Michael Medved) his film Plan Nine From Outer Space was declared the worst movie ever made.

Not only is that not true, even if it were that would not be a bad thing for us!

So, Movie Trash at The Nook wants to honor the wildly underappreciate auteur with a double feature of some of his most mainstream sci-fi classics, Bride of the Monster and Plan Nine From Outer Space.

With a whole cast of character actors who were also his friends, not least of whom was Bela Legosi, these films show that you can make a milllion dollar movie for $300 and a dream…. and it is only a little bit noticeable.

Come on out and see some movies that you have probably seen be the punchlone for decades and you didn't even know it!

So, see you at The Nook, bring a chair if you have one (we have seating, but it is limited). As with all Movie Trash at The Nook screenings, it is free and open to the public. However, if you’d like to throw Orlando Pop-Up Movie Services a few bucks in the tip jar, that would be amazing.

Note that due to scheduling conflicts Movie Trash at The Nook will be on the first Saturday this month.
