A new electronic music and arts festival is coming to Orlando, with organizers promising amazing music and programming throughout the three day festival.

Metamorphosis Arts + Music Project is a brand new EDM festival set to take place over the Labor Day Weekend, August 29 - 31, 2025 at the Orlando Amphitheater and Central Florida Fairgrounds.
The event is being organized by the same team that has produced Sol Fest in North Florida for three years.
Sol Fest, held at Vortex Springs in Ponce De Leon hit the news last year for all the wrong reasons, with many news outlets reporting that a festival attendee on "multiple substances" bit a chunk out of a deputy’s head. On January 30 this year, organizers of Sol Fest announced that the festival would be taking an indefinite hiatus.
They reflectted on the challenges of organizing the festival, facing significant hurdles throughout its three year history including the sudden loss of the CEO of their original venue, which forced a last-minute relocation. They went on to detail extensive efforts to secure a new home for the festival, working with officials and even personally funding venue preparations.
Then on February 27, organizers announced that Sol Fest had metamorphosed into Metamorphosis Arts + Music Project. a new experience offering a mix of electronic and live performances, immersive art, interactive activities, and more.

Promising three days and nights of electronic music and live performances across three stages - Genesis, Chrysalis, and Metamorphosis. You can look forward to a lineup featuring electronic music including bass and house.
