Excite all your senses at the 2024 Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval. Dig into sweet, savory, spicy dishes from around the globe like Chicken Schnitzel and Chilaquiles Verdes. It’s a Grooveable Feast where the parade is raging, and the food doesn’t stop at Cajun!


Universal Orlando has revealed the full list of menus for the 2024 Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval. Running from February 3 to April 7, 2024, this event promises an unforgettable culinary journey around the world.


There is three new booths at this year's festival, China, Philippines, and the Coca-Cola Market Square. Booths not returning this year are Denmark, India, Indonesia, Japan, and Trinidad & Tobago.


Once again, you can get your hands on the Universal Mardi Gras Food and Beverage Card. Purchase it for $65, and enjoy $75 worth of food and drinks at the Mardi Gras food booths. Plus Passholders save even more!

New and returning food coming to this years festival including Szechuan Noodle Salad: Chinese Noodle, Spicy Black Vinegar Dressing, Cucumbers, Cilantro, Scallions, Peanuts at the new China booth.

And at the new Puerto Rico booth you can savour Pastelons: Layers of sweet yellow Plantains, Picadillo Beef, Edam cheese.

At the Mexico booth you will discover Chilaquiles Verdes: Pulled roasted Chicken, Corn Tortilla, Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Oaxaca & Cotija Cheese, Crema Mexicana.

Returning food from last years festival includes Chicken Schnitzel: Breaded Chicken Cutlet served with baked Cheese Spaetzle, available at the Germany booth.


And of course there is no Mardi Gras Party without beignets. You'll discover the classic NAWLINS treat, sweet fried pastry dusted with powdered sugar available at the New Orleans booth.

Belgium

Sweet & Savory Gouda & Onion Waffle ($8.99): A crystalized waffle with smoked gouda, beer-braised onions, and black forest ham, perfectly paired with Delirium Red.


Cookie Butter Liege Waffle (Vegetarian, $7.99): A warm crystalized waffle adorned with cookie butter, whipped topping, and Biscoff cookies.


Hoegaarden Beer: Available in a 20-ounce souvenir cup ($15) with refills ($11), or a 20-ounce serving ($12).


Delirium Red Beer: Offered in a 20-ounce souvenir cup ($17) with refills ($13), or a 20-ounce serving ($14).


Brazil

Shrimp Moqueca (Gluten-Sensitive, $7.99): A shrimp and coconut cream stew, served with white rice, paired with Mango Caipirinha.


Pao de Queijo (Gluten-Sensitive, Vegetarian, $6.99): Brazilian cheese bread.


Brigadeiros (Gluten-Sensitive, Vegetarian, $6.49): A Brazilian chocolate delight with condensed milk and Mardi Gras sprinkles.


Mango Caipirinha: A mix of cachaça, curaçao, lime, syrup, and mango, available in a 20-ounce souvenir cup ($17) with refills ($13), or a 12-ounce serving ($13).

Candied Bacon & Onion Poutine ($10.49): Spiced curly fries with onion gravy, cheese curds, and bacon, paired with La Fin Du Monde.


Vegan Wild Mushroom Poutine (Vegan, $9.99): Curly fries with vegan cheddar, mushroom gravy, and truffle oil.


Fire Cider: Fireball whiskey and apple cider, served in a 20-ounce souvenir cup ($17) with refills ($13), or a 12-ounce serving ($13).

Szechuan Noodle Salad (Vegan, $5.99): A spicy cold noodle salad with cucumbers, peanuts, cilantro, and scallions.
