Mediterranean-inspired quick-serve restaurant CAVA opens at Orlando's Vineland Pointe Shopping Center

CAVA offers lavor-packed food inspired by the founders Mediterranean roots.

CAVA has opened its doors to the Orlando community in the Vineland Pointe Shopping Center. The restaurant is located at 11519 Regency Village Drive, Orlando, FL 32821, with daily operating hours of 10:30 am - 10 pm.

With Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, the fast-casual restaurant chain serves delicious food that helps people eat well and live well. These menu offerings, combined with an emphasis on hospitality and serving others, have created diverse, passionate followers who flock to new restaurant openings. 

“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Scott Sheffield, Regional Director. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to continue to grow our presence in the Orlando area with the opening of this new restaurant.” 

CAVA’s new Orlando restaurant employs 25-40 local people. The company hires people for their hospitality and warmth and is dedicated to creating career pathways for its team members. Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos grew up among Greek food and community, spending every Sunday around a table of slow-roasted lamb, lemony roasted potatoes, and bowls of tzatziki. This spirit of connection through food led to the very first CAVA, founded in 2010 with CEO Brett Schulman.

Since then, they’ve made Mediterranean warmth and hospitality even more accessible, expanding to over 400 restaurants across the country.
