Majority Of Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone CLOSING PERMANENTLY January 15 At Universal Studios Florida

Surprising news from Universal Orlando Resort, as they have just officially announced the more than half of the Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone area at Universal Studios Florida will close permanently in January.

The sad news for many was suddenly shared from the Universal Orlando Twitter account.

Affected attractions include Fievel’s Playland, Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster, Curious George Goes to Town, DreamWorks Destination, and Shrek & Donkey’s Meet & Greet.

The entire are affected will have their last days of operation on January 15, 2023.

Thankfully we can all relax as the iconic opening day attraction E.T. Adventure will NOT be closing fortunately.

The much loved Animal Actors on Location, SpongeBob StorePants and its meet & greet, along with KidsZone Pizza Company will all remain open.

The main question is? What's Universal Orlando's plans for the area??

In the official announcement, Universal said work will start soon on bringing exciting new family entertainment to the area, and that beloved animated characters will be involved...

We wonder which characters, if it will be existing characters in the park, or new characters.
