Local Jamaican restaurant chain, Flavors of Jamaica to open Orlando location

Flavors of Jamaica is cooking up a third Central Florida location, set to open soon.

Flavors of Jamaica is an authentic Jamaican restaurant chain in Central Florida with locations in Kissimmee, and Ocoee.

The family owned restaurant is expanDing to a third area location, getting ready to open at 2610 S Ferncreek Ave, Orlando.

This address was until late last year, the home of the restaurant and botle shop, The Aardvark, which shuttered, with accusation from the owner claiming that their former law firm, Lowndes Law Firm allowed the buildIng landlords to "steal" the restaurant.

Flavors of Jamaica is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and specials include a lunch special for $6.99, including Curry Chicken, Jerk Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken, Fried Chicken, Tilapia and more.

The breakfast menu includes Saltfish, Liver, or Callaloo, all served with Boiled Banana, Dumpling, and Yam.

For lunch, and dinner, enjoy, Curry Chicken Roti, Snapper Fish, Oxtail, Tilapia, and more.

The new location is set to open this summer, and until then you can visit the Kissimmee location at 2098 West Osceola Parkway, and the Ocoee location at 2795 Old Winter Garden Road.
