Exciting new restaurant concept Leiah Kitchen + Cellar is aiming to bring elevated dining to downtown Orlando with the opening of exciting new chef table experience.
Leiah, Kitchen + Celler is a new dining experience that promises to "elevate the senses and satisfy the palate."
The unique experience is described as an expression of art, a sensation of well being, a status of royalty for everyone. A chef driven based kitchen that makes perfect symphony with the most luxurious elements of land and sea.
The restaurant will be led by Chef Omar Torres, who comes to the concept after years at The Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, and Marriott Autograph Collection.
Chef Torres's menu at the new restaurant will feature dishes created with locally sourced organic ingredients and produce and ethically sourced seafood.
While no opening date has been revealed, the restaurant will open on the ground floor of the Hilton Garden Inn at 409 N. Magnolia St. Orlando.
