KALI Dining Room at Corazón by Baires opens May 15, unveiling Orlando’s newest culinary experience

The stunning new dining space on I-Dive will offer cutting-edge lighting technology, a vibrant atmosphere and Latin American-inspired dishes for private gatherings and special occasions.

A brand new aesthetically-driven and sophisticated dining experience will open this month at International Drive’s highly coveted restaurant, Corazón by Baires - KALI Dining Room.

Opening on May 15 at 8126 International Drive, Orlando, the modern, innovative space will be located adjacent to Corazón’s main dining room, spanning a comfortable 4,000 square feet. Perfectly designed for corporate events, family gatherings, and celebrations, KALI is redefining private dining by serving up Corazón’s Latin American-inspired dishes in an upscale and high-tech space.

KALI is the perfect choice for those seeking a fully customizable private dining experience that will captivate and enchant the senses. From its eye-catching aesthetic to its groundbreaking AV technology, KALI is engineered for sensory engagement.

The cutting-edge AV technology showcases a stunning fusion of lighting and 13, 80-inch LED video screen installations. To complement such visuals, the audio experience is designed to deliver rich and powerful music, unlocking high level sensory engagement and interaction throughout the space while guests indulge in a lavish multi-course meal.  The combination of these powerful ingredients creates a space engineered to be a must-do for branding experiences, conferences, intimate private dinners and campaigns, with the ability for 165 guests, reception style, or 100 guests for table seatings. This unique space also offers a stage for speaking moments, a covered outdoor patio with a private bar and semi-private dining tables with seating for up to 10 each.

Guests will journey through La Biblioteca and soak in Corazón’s vibrant ambiance before discovering KALI - the most breathtaking dining room they’ve ever experienced.”

Beyond Merritt Design (BMD), the firm behind the creative direction and interior design of Corazón by Baires, spearheaded the new vision for KALI. Using the existing furniture and impressive technological installations, BMD created a reimagined space that is thoroughly detailed, transportive and customizable. Utilizing the room’s extensive LED technology, the walls are now lined with a fresh new design of verdant gardens and blooming florals and fauna. The unique ceiling installations of LED screens glow to resemble delicate parchment lanterns. The expanded color palette, environmental visual elements and the room’s graphic identity draw on elements of Corazón by Baires enchanted design, linking the two spaces conceptually, while creating an atmosphere unique to KALI.

Those seeking private events will be able to book one of the curated group menus, ranging from $95 per person to $150 per person, plus tax and gratuities. Dishes range from Salmon a la Plancha and Pollo Panca to 16 oz Certified Angus New York Strip Steaks and Bone in Short Ribs. Top-shelf bar packages and carefully handpicked wine pairings can be added at an extra cost.

When not used for private gatherings, those looking for an exceptionally special night out can reserve a table in KALI’s via OpenTable. This extra space increases Corazón by Baire’s total seating to 300 and will offer the beloved, diverse flavors of the restaurant’s dinner menu.
