Jeff's Bagel Run launches Ice Cream Summer including Jeremiah's Italian Ice collaboration!

The menu includes two Jeremiah’s-inspired cream cheeses, returning fan-favorite beverages, and several new summer drinks designed to bring a little joy (and sweetness) to the season.

Jeff's Bagel Run is kicking off the season with its most indulgent summer lineup yet. Now through August 23, the brand is introducing Ice Cream Summer, a collection of limited-time cream cheeses and handcrafted beverages designed to bring the flavors of summer straight to the bagel counter.

The seasonal menu includes an exclusive collaboration with Jeremiah's Italian Ice, two returning guest favorite drinks, and two all-new drinks built for the heat.

A First-of-Its-Kind Collaboration with Jeremiah's Italian Ice

At the heart of Ice Cream Summer is a partnership between Jeff's Bagel Run and Jeremiah's Italian Ice, the beloved Florida-founded brand known for its premium frozen treats. The collaboration yields two scratch-made cream cheeses crafted using Jeremiah's signature ingredients, bringing an unexpected and playful twist to the classic bagel spread.

Scoop Froggy Frog Cream Cheese draws its inspiration from one of Jeremiah’s most iconic flavors, a signature mint chocolate chip Italian ice, reimagined as a cool, whipped cream cheese unlike anything else on the menu. Mango Cream Cheese rounds out the collab lineup with a bright, fruit-forward profile that pairs naturally with Jeff’s Bagel Run’s hot, fresh-baked bagels, inspired by a Jeremiah’s fan favorite, the Mango Jelati.

Both spreads are whipped in-house daily, consistent with Jeff's Bagel Run's commitment to scratch-made quality across every item it serves.

Returning Favorites and New Additions for Summer Sipping

Ice Cream Summer also marks the return of two beverages that generated strong guest demand last season. The Melted Snowcone, a playful dirty soda that captures the nostalgic flavor of a melted summer treat, is back by popular request.

The Ice Cream Sundae Latte, an indulgent coffee-forward drink inspired by the classic dessert, also returns to round out the warm-weather coffee lineup.

Joining them are two new additions built for the season. The Cookies and Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew layers rich cold brew with a sweet, textured cold foam finish for a drink that leans into dessert-inspired coffee culture. The Mango Sorbet Jeff's Jolt, the brand's signature energy drink offering featuring Red Bull, delivers a bold, fruit-forward option for guests looking for a refreshing, coffee-free lift.

All Ice Cream Summer cream cheeses are whipped in-house, and all bagels are mixed, boiled, and baked throughout the day at every location. The limited-time offerings are available at all participating Jeff's Bagel Run locations from May 25 through August 23, while supplies last.
