Jeff’s Bagel Run is kicking off 2026 by leaning into what they already do best: real food, made from scratch.

Jeff’s Bagel Run launches High-Protein January Menu featuring 45g Protein Lattes and New Turkey Protein Box

Jeff’s Bagel Run, the fast-growing scratch bakery known for its scratch-made bagels, freshly-whipped spreads and full coffee program, is kicking off the new year with a limited-time menu designed to help guests stay energized, satiated, and on track with their 2026 health goals.

Launching January 1, the brand’s High-Protein January features two new 45g Protein Lattes and a 26g Turkey Protein Lunch Box, giving customers simple, delicious ways to add more protein into their routine.

With protein surging in popularity among consumers, Jeff’s Bagel Run is leaning into the demand without compromising its commitment to scratch baking and real ingredients. The brand’s bagels are already naturally high in protein — 13g in a plain bagel and up to 18g in the jalapeno cheddar bagels — making the bakery a surprising but powerful fit for protein seekers.

“People want convenience, but they don’t want to compromise on quality,” said Jeff Perera, co-founder and vice president of Jeff’s Bagel Run. “Our bagels have always been made from scratch with real-food ingredients, and they naturally are full of protein.  This limited time offering lets guests build a protein-packed breakfast or lunch without changing their routine. It’s still Jeff’s,  just with more fuel.”

High-Protein Drinks to Power the New Year

The January offering introduces two new Protein Lattes, each packing 45 grams of protein in a large and 33 grams of protein.

  • Chocolate Protein Latte — Rich, smooth, and crafted to keep you fueled.

  • Vanilla Protein Latte — Clean, classic, and perfect for an everyday boost.

These drinks are designed for guests looking for a morning coffee that adds to their nutritional needs: delivering flavor, energy, and a full meal’s worth of protein.

Introducing the Turkey Protein Box

Joining the menu for January is the Turkey Sandwich Box, the newest addition to JBR’s grab-and-go lineup.

Each box includes:

  • Sliced Turkey

  • Cheddar Cheese

  • Tomato

  • Red Onion

  • Cucumber

  • Mustard

  • Mayo

With 26 grams of protein, it’s an easy way for guests to build a high-protein meal when paired with a bagel and beverage. The new box joins the popular Lox Box, which features 4 ounces of lox with tomato, cucumber, onion, and capers and 33 grams of protein.

A 86-Gram Morning, Made Simple

Guests who combine an Everything Bagel (15g) + Turkey Protein Box (26g) + Protein Latte (45g) can get a 86 gram protein breakfast in one stop,  something rarely found in a scratch bakery environment

“We’re meeting customers where they are,” added Perera. “Protein is in high demand, especially at breakfast, and we’re in a perfect position to deliver it in a way that stays true to who we are as a brand. If the new items are as well-received as we believe they will be, we will consider adding these items to our permanent menu.”

The High-Protein January menu will be available at all Jeff’s Bagel Run locations throughout January.  Items will run while supplies last.
