Jay-Z’s Cousin opens new Orlando wing spot, Buffalo Boss serving up Organic Buffalo Wings!

Buffalo Boss has opened a bricks and mortar restaurant in Orlando, following success with a ghost kitchen.

A Brooklyn-based chicken wing concept, Buffalo Boss Organic Wings & Things has opened a location in Downtown Orlando.

Founded by entrepreneur Jamar White, the first cousin to Rapper Jay-Z, Buffalo Boss Organic Wings & Things has opened at 333 N Orange Ave, Orlando., with the new quick-service restaurant, continuing on from a successful ghost kitchen in the city since 2023.

The new Orlando location is open Mon - Weds: 10 am - 12 am, Thursday and Friday: 10 am - 4 am, Saturday: 11 am - 4 am, and Sunday: 11 am - 12 am.

The location delivers via online sites​ UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

The Buffalo Boss was started in 2010 by founder Jamar White. Jamar is a wing fanatic, and he wanted to create a wing concept restaurant that had the urban feel of the New York City streets, injected with that famous Brooklyn Hip Hop swagger, a place that would bring the party back to the "Party Wing".

This passion gave birth to the Buffalo Boss Organic Wings & Things. At the heart of the concept was a passion for wings. No antibiotics, no growth hormones. Jamar insisted on serving only quality poultry and fresh ingredients for his buffalo wings... and things. He wanted to keep the concept fun and health-aware. The Buffalo Boss menu includes 12 house-made addictive sauces, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and for the kid in all of us, a fun treat... Fried Oreos.

Founder Jamar White was raised in Brooklyn NY where he realized his passion for wings and business. Being the first cousin to Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z inspired him to infuse hip hop in the DNA of the Buffalo Boss restaurants. His vision to create a restaurant that is exciting, current and would change the way wings were done. 

The combination of great food, great spaces, great service and a little hip hop swagger has made the Buffalo Boss one of the most exciting wing restaurants in the marketplace.
