As Hurricane Ian continues its destructive path towards Central Florida, Universal Orlando Resort has announced that its hotels are all currently at full capacity and will remain operational throughout the major storm as they focus on taking care of guests that are sheltering in their hotels.
Universal Orlando says its Guest Contact Center is currently experiencing higher than expected wait times and is currently assisting guests whose travel is directly affected by the hurricane.
If you have an existing reservation for arrival through Friday that you would like to cancel or modify you are encouraged to call but they are requesting that If your travel dates are after September. 30, 2022, you should call back at a later date.
