The 2026 ZORA! Outdoor Festival of the Arts is a highlight of the annual Zora Neale Hurston Festival of the Arts and Humanities (ZORA! Festival, and is a cultural, educational, and entertainment experience like no other.
From January 30 to February 1, 2026, Eatonville will come alive with vibrant performances, interactive art, and a celebration of the cultural contributions people of African ancestry have made to the United States and to the world.
Through a powerful combination of music, education, and live performances, the festival aims to inspire and connect people from all walks of life.

First presented in 1990, the annual Zora Neale Hurston Festival of the Arts and Humanities (ZORA! Festival) is a multi-disciplinary, multi-generational cultural event whose goals are to celebrate the significance of Zora Neale Hurston, 20th century American writer, folklorist, and anthropologist, the historic significance of Eatonville, and the cultural contributions that persons of African ancestry have made to the United States and to the world.
This award-winning event, “the longest running arts and humanities festival celebrating the cultural contributions people of African ancestry have made to the world,” is comprised of public talks, museum exhibitions, historical tours, stage performances, arts education programming, a humanities-based 2-day conference, and the 3-day Outdoor Festival of the Arts.
From January 30 to February 1, 2026, the Festival of the Arts will come alive along East Kennedy Boulevard in Eatonville, offering a powerful weekend of music, food, education, and live performances you don't want to miss.

Friday, January 30 Events: Education Day
A living classroom where history, art, and STEM inspire the next generation. Students and teachers from across Central Florida participate in hands-on workshops, live demonstrations, and interactive exhibits designed to spark curiosity and cultural pride.
Saturday, January 31 Events: Family Day
Get ready for a day overflowing with art, rhythm, and joy as ZORA! Festival’s Family Day takes center stage in Historic Eatonville. This is the festival’s biggest celebration — a fusion of live music, cultural expression, and family-friendly fun.
The day’s energy builds toward an unforgettable All-White Attire Celebration concert headlined by JUBU of MAZE, honoring the legendary Frankie Beverly with a soul-filled performance of timeless classics. Joining the lineup are powerhouse performers Brick, Tyesha Williams, and SunSet Band — each bringing their own distinctive sound and flavor to create a nonstop celebration of Black excellence in music and culture.
From the morning marketplace browsing to evening dancing under the stars, Family Day captures the essence of the ZORA! experience — unity, creativity, and pure joy.
Sunday, February 1 Events: Day of Reflection
A soulful Sunday gathering that celebrates heritage, community, and movement — featuring the crowd-favorite Line Dance Extravaganza and the festival’s closing reflection ceremony.
Highlights include a line dance party, and headliner Jeter Jones – The King of Trailride Blues, bringing Southern rhythm and charisma.
