Hispanic Heritage Month is a month-long celebration of Hispanic and Latino history and culture.
From September 15 to October 15, 2025, it’s a time dedicated to celebrating the contributions and cultures of people who trace their roots from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Orlando, home to a thriving Hispanic community, celebrates throughout the month with a variety of events, including live music, festivals, exhibitions, and more.
Today, the Hispanic and Latino population in the United States is over 60 million, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. This makes up 18.9% of the total population, with an even higher percentage in Central Florida, with over 35% of the population.
The 2025 Hispanic Heritage Month national theme is “Collective Heritage: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future.” This theme highlights the importance of celebrating the deep cultural traditions that shape Hispanic identity while embracing the promise and creativity of future generations.
To help you celebrate, we've brought together all the amazing events happening throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
