Hamburger Mary's Orlando is hosting a Charity Bingo night for this year's Come Out with Pride Parade, citing a decrease in funding due to the current political climate in Florida.
Hamburger Mary's Orlando is hosting a Charity Bingo Night on Tuesday, September 12, to raise funds for Orlando's annual Come Out with Pride Parade, on Saturday, October 21.
Hamburger Mary's say that due to the current political climate in Florida, many sponsors of the event have backed out.
In a Facebook post, Hamburger Mary's Orlando commented, 'many long term sponsors of the parade are in fear of retaliation from the "right" as we have seen with the Bud Light boycott and have pulled or limited their support."
Now due to the lack of support, the Come Out with Pride Parade committee needs funds to make this annual event as great as it always is.
The fundraiser promises to be a fun-filled night with hostess, Trixie Deluxxe. with 10 game packet of cards just $10! There will also be a 50/50 drawing with a chance to win cash.
