Hot off the griddle news, White Castle is opening its second Central Florida location this summer!
Great news for Central Florida cravers, White Castle is bringing its sliders to Clermont, with the new restaurant expected to open in late summer 2025.
The new 3,220-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, with two drive-through lanes, and will feature the iconic White Castle tower in a sleek, modern industrial-style architectural design.
White Castle will break ground for the new restaurant on April 9 at the Plaza Collina development at the intersection of State Road 50 and Plaza Collina in Clermont.
This will be the second White Castle in Central Florida, with the new Clermont location joining a sister location in Orlando, at 11595 Daryl Carter Pkwy, which opened in 2021, and it billed as the largest free-standing White Castle in the world.
White Castle, America’s first fast-food hamburger chain, has been making hot and tasty Sliders since 1921. Based in Columbus, Ohio, the family-owned business owns and operates about 340 restaurants nationwide.
White Castle is beloved by its passionate fans (Cravers), many of whom compete each year for entry into the Cravers Hall of Fame.
