Get ready to (Ramen) Rumble! It’s back! Patina Group and Good Salt Restaurant Group invite guests to an unforgettable culinary showdown as Ramen Rumble 8: Battle of the Champions takes over Morimoto Asia.
Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs is once again hosting the eight annual Ramen Rumble in partnership with event founders Jason & Sue Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group on Monday, February 2, 2026
This year's event, the "Battle of the Champions" will see seven of Orlando’s Ramen Rumble champions return for the ultimate noodle battle. The winning chef will take the championship title and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy along with securing bragging rights and a generous donation to charity foundation Give Kids The World.
Guests can expect a star-studded lineup of professional chefs, including Chef Huy Tin, Chef Kevin Kel, Chef Quan Van, Chef Takeshi Ikeuchi, Chef Michael Cooper, Chef Yoko Takagi and Chef Eliot Hillis.
Each contestant will operate their own station and present a unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on — crowning Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.
This annual event features the finest grilled cuts of beef and the Ramen Rumble-winning ramen, expertly paired with creatively infused highball cocktails.

Ramen Rumble features two sessions: 5:30 pm or 8 pm, with general admission $100 per person. VIP booth are also available, costing $600 (up to 4 people/booth), including bottled water, dedicated server, and table swag bag.
