This year, the City of Apopka is teaming up with some of our most vibrant local businesses and organizations to bring an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration right to Downtown Apopka.

On New Year's Eve 2026, Fifth Street is turning into a full-blown festival — food, drinks, music, art, fire, and an NYC-style ball drop you won’t find anywhere else in Central Florida.

The countdown to 2026 is on! Check out the latest New Year's Eve News from Orlando. Celebrate the New Year with parties, eats and treats, dinks specials, and more. Plus, as the clock strikes midnight, celebrate as the skies explode with the most spectacular firework you can imagine!

ENTERTAINMENT ALL NIGHT

6 – 8 pm: Legendary DJ 407 kicks off the party.

8 pm – Midnight: After Five hits the stage to rock us straight into 2026. Fresh off Judson’s Live at the Dr. Phillips Center, this hometown-connected band is ready to deliver a show worthy of the big night.

FIRE SPECTACLE

Forget fireworks. This unique NYE Celebration is bringing the heat Apopka-style. Central Florida Tang Soo Do will put on a live FIRE BOARD BREAKING performance. Yes… the boards are actually on fire. Yes… they’re breaking them. And yes… it’s safe

ART & PHOTO MOMENTS

Apopka Murals will host a live art installation right on Fifth Street — your go-to photo backdrop for midnight memories.

THE BALL DROP

A highlight you don’t want to miss: an NYC-style ball drop engineered by the talented students of Apopka High School’s Engineering Club.

FOOD & DRINKS

Come hungry — Fifth Street is PACKED: The Food Hall is rolling out six unique New Year’s Eve menus.

Pernilicious is hosting an exclusive NYE dinner behind Propagate. Propagate Social House will feature elevated cocktails and a balloon-filled deck. Odd Guy Brewing has special NYE cans, and The Smoke Exchange will offer a curated cigar lounge setup

Whether you want street bites, gourmet flavor, craft brews, cigars, or cocktails — your night is covered.
