Springtime activations include the launch of new Gaylord Palms Honey Beer, made by Crooked Can Brewing Co.

Gaylord Palms Resort is celebrating the arrival of spring with a vibrant collection of seasonal experiences taking place across the 65-acre resort from March 6-May 10.
Under the soaring glass atrium, guests will discover thousands of pastel blooms, meet Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny and find whimsical Easter décor. They’ll also be able to enjoy DJ-led poolside dance parties and Dive-In Movies at the resort’s 3-acre water park, and more family-friendly entertainment across Gaylord Palms designed to make lasting springtime memories.

The 2026 springtime celebration also marks the official debut of Palms Honeycomb Lager, a brand-new beer brewed by Crooked Can Brewing Company in nearby Winter Garden, Fla. The crisp, golden lager is crafted with local honey harvested from Gaylord Palms Resort’s on-site apiary.
Here's a look at everything blooming for guests at Gaylord Palms Resort this spring:

Springtime Sparkles in the Sky
Each evening, the atrium sparkles as pastel flowers, playful bunnies, and springtime imagery illuminate the animated LED light curtains high above the resort in the Bloom Light Show. The show can be enjoyed from numerous vantage points throughout the atrium, with guests in select atrium-view rooms able to watch from the comfort of their own balcony.

Egg‑scape Into a Bloom‑Filled Bunny Trail
Each year, Gaylord Palms horticulturists transform the resort’s 4.5-acre atrium into a rainbow of pastel blossoms with more than 1,000 brightly colored daffodils and tulips planted in the giant indoor garden. In the heart of the atrium is the Eggspression Garden, a whimsical trail with larger-than-life painted eggs, gazebos and more that provide ideal locations for springtime selfies and family photos.

Hoppy Moments with the Easter Bunny
During the celebration, Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny will welcome guests for cheerful photo opportunities along Eggspression Garden. They will appear on select Saturdays and Sundays from March 7-April 5.
A New, Local Bee-r from Crooked Can Brewing Company Debuts with Gaylord Palms Honey
The springtime celebration marks the official launch of Palms Honeycomb Lager, a beer brewed by Crooked Can Brewing Company in Winter Garden, Fla., exclusively for resort guests. Brewed from fresh, local honey harvested from the Gaylord Palms apiary, the light-bodied libation (5.0% ABV) features a smooth finish and subtle sweetness. It is now available in most Gaylord Palms restaurants, bars and lounges.
Make Springtime Waves with a Poolside DJ
A lively DJ brings upbeat music, interactive moments and high-energy fun poolside with the Sunshine Splash Bash. Guests can splash, dance, or simply unwind in this vibrant, spring-themed pool party atmosphere. The Sunshine Splash Bash takes place on select dates throughout the event. The party takes place in the 3-acre Cypress Springs Water Park, which features seven water slides, two swimming pools, a surf simulator, multi-level kids water playhouse and an action river attraction.
Gnomes on the Roam
Guests can embark on a whimsical scavenger hunt in search of pint-sized gnomes in the Garden Gnome Getaway Scavenger Hunt. Using a booklet of clues, guests search high and low for these magical guardians of the forest. Gnomes hide in plain sight and in hidden spots along the enchanting trails throughout the atrium.

Springtime Spa Specials
Two Spring Into Wellness treatments will be highlighted through May 31 at the resort’s award-winning Relâche Spa. The featured treatments are a 100-minute Starfruit Massage and Gua Sha Glow Facial, and a 100- minute Island Glow Body Exfoliation and Gua Sha Glow Facial. Guests can book online at GaylordPalms.com/Spa or call 407.586.4772.

Springtime Animal Encounters
Complimentary wildlife programming provides hands-on educational moments with Florida species in Springtime Animal Encounters. Each Saturday at 5 p.m., guests can get up-close to many of Florida’s famous wildlife and learn how they contribute to the state’s ecosystem.
Make a Splash at Springtime Movie Night
At Cypress Springs Pool, families can relax in or around the water while enjoying favorite films on the big screen with Dive-In Movies. This evening poolside tradition offers a laidback environment perfect for creating more poolside family memories. Movies are scheduled on select dates at 5 p.m. at Cypress Springs Water Park.
Track, Discover & See Wildlife in AR
Families can embark on an interactive scavenger hunt featuring 12 endangered animals hidden
throughout the resort in the Wildlife Rescue smartphone game. Using augmented reality (AR) and a free smartphone app, guests search for markers, uncover conservation facts and watch the animals appear virtually.
Package the Springtime Fun
Guests can take advantage of two Spring in Bloom packages that include accommodations, $50 in resort credit and a Garden Gnome Getaway Scavenger Hunt booklet for the family. The Premium Spring in Bloom package upgrades the accommodations to a main atrium-view room, perfect for viewing the nightly Bloom Light Show. Valid stay dates for the package are March 6-May 9.
