Freshly made donuts and kolaches are back on the menu as Shipley Do-Nuts reopens in Orlando

Shipley Do-Nuts Orlando now operates under new management and features a drive-thru and indoor seating.

Shipley Do-Nuts, founded in 1936 and now the nation’s largest and oldest brand of fresh, handmade daily donuts and kolaches, has reopened in Orlando under new ownership and management by Virentes Hospitality.

The Orlando location can be found at 2255 S. Semoran Blvd., near Orlando Executive Airport and Orlando International Airport.

“This reopening represents a great opportunity to reintroduce Shipley to Orlando with a renewed focus on community connection and consistent quality,” said James D’Aquila, franchisee and CEO of Virentes Hospitality. “Our goal is to create a place where neighbors can stop in on their morning commute, meet up with friends or bring their families for a familiar treat made fresh throughout the day.”

The location will also serve Shipley’s signature glazed donuts made from the original 1936 recipe, alongside a variety of frosted and filled donuts, handmade kolaches and specialty coffee beverages from La Colombe. Known for their light texture and distinct hexagon shape, Shipley’s signature ‘do-nuts’ are prepared fresh throughout the day and served the way founder Lawrence Shipley liked them – simple, warm and delicious.

Shipley Do-Nuts in Orlando now operates under new management and features a drive-thru and indoor seating, offering guests convenient ways to stop in or grab their favorites on the go. The shop is open from 5 am to 8 pm. daily, with glazed donuts guaranteed to be hot, fresh and soft until at least 10 a.m.
