Winter Park’s rich history, rooted in oranges and magnolias, dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when citrus groves—especially Temple oranges—thrived. Magnolias, symbolic of Southern hospitality, still grace our landscape today.This year, the Park Avenue District’s holiday décor reflects the spirit of a Winter Park Christmas by honoring our heritage and embracing the timeless charm of our downtown. We aim to create a multi-sensory experience that brings the magic of the holidays to life for both residents and visitors.

Bass Pro Shop o International Drive will be hosting its annual Santa’s Wonderland experience beginning November 2 through December 24, 2024. It’s the ultimate FREE family Christmas event and they also offer fun activities for the kids (and adults).

The entire family can enjoy The Santa Workshop Experience at I-Drive's entertainment destination ICON Park, which has been magically transformed into a winter wonderland, where families can partake in the annual tradition of taking holiday pictures together and the kiddos can meet the main man in person, Santa Claus!

Visit Santa Claus at Disney Springs, and it's Free! Discover Mr Claus at Santa's Marketplace. Once you’ve arrived at Disney Springs, use the My Disney Experience app to enter the virtual queue to meet Santa Claus. There will be multiple opportunities to enter the virtual queue throughout the day.

The Magic of Santa is Back! Celebrate the holiday season with The Mall At Millenia once again as they present their classic Santa Photo Experience. Make new holiday memories and share moments with Santa.

This year, Watermark commemorates three decades of dedicated service, championing the interests of the LGBTQ+ community throughout Florida. Cover Story: Celebrating Watermark’s 30 Years at Orange County Regional History Center features a retrospective of 30 of the publication’s most impactful covers, which illustrate the profound journey of LGBTQ+ history over the past three decades.

Step into a world of childhood nostalgia at Orlando Museum of Art with Golden Legacy: Original Art from 80 Years of Golden Books. Bok Tower Gardens and master stone balancer Adam Conard, also known as the artist ZOTO, will present the first full campus exhibition of stone balances. The exhibition Stories in Stone features 20 mind-bending stone balances housed in beautiful areas of the gardens.

The Orlando Pottery Festival is a privately produced biannual event providing pottery enthusiasts and collectors the opportunity to browse and purchase work from local ceramic artists.
