The upcoming crowd-funded animated film titled David, scheduled for a theatrical release on December 19, 2025, and you can be one of the first in Orlando to see it - on the house!
Angel Studio has teamed up with Gotta Go Orlando to invite you to a free advance screening of the upcoming animated musical epic DAVID, starring Phil Wickham and Brandon Engman.
Directed by Phil Cunningham and Brent Dawes of Sunrise Animation Studios, the film will be released exclusively in theaters on December 19, 2025, distributed by Angel.
In a kingdom torn by fear and corruption, a shepherd boy is called to stand against a giant and the darkness behind him. With nothing but faith, courage, and a sling, he defies an empire and awakens the heart of a nation. DAVID is the highest Guild-rated film in Angel’s history, scoring a 98 out of 100. The cast is led by multi-platinum selling artist Phil Wickhamas the adult David and actor, dancer, and singer Brandon Engmanwho voices David as a youth.
