An interactive cocktail class will offer fans the opportunity to craft their own winter themed cocktails on Dec. 26.

Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress has introduced and new seasonal line-up of cocktails and mocktails to help guests celebrate and enjoy winter in a distinctly Florida manner, while also offering guests a chance to treat themselves to a post-Christmas treat with an entire interactive cocktail class experience featuring the new beverages.

Four Flamingos Winter Cocktails
The new winter line-up of drinks at Four Flamingos includes the Frosted Keylime, which brings the tropical vibes of coconut rum, key lime juice and coconut cream with vanilla vodka as well as the Gingerbread Old Fashion, that puts a classic holiday flavor twist on the popular bourbon drink.
Mocktail options include the Snowy Key and Christmas Envy which provide the perfect tropical flavors to ward off the winter blues.

Santa’s on Vacation Cocktail Class w/ Mixologist Macarena Portales
This holiday season, Four Flamingos will be hosting the “Santa’s on Vacation Cocktail Class” Dec 26 at 4 pm.
Attendees will discover the secrets behind creating holiday-inspired drinks that blend classic cheer with island vibes in an intimate setting with fellow cocktail enthusiasts.
Led by Four Flamingos talented Chief Mixologist Macarena Portales, this interactive session will show guests how to craft seasonal cocktails featuring festive ingredients like vanilla, coconut and Nutella for the ultimate holiday treat.
Tickets are $40 and include four specialty holiday craft cocktails.

Holiday Dining at Four Flamingos Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
From Dec. 24-25, Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen will offer an exclusive El Jibarito Holiday Feast, featuring Christmas specials inspired by Puerto Rican traditions and Florida’s coastal bounty, including Puerto Rican hushpuppies ($26), Caribbean prime rib ($60), banana leaf snapper ($48), and passionfruit coquito cheesecake ($16).
The restaurant will also serve its traditional à la carte menu in addition to the specials.

New Year’s Eve
Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen will offer a four-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve Feast on December 31. Menu highlights include cold smoked Hamachi, smoked swordfish belly, king crab Provençal, and baked Florida for two. Pricing: $195 plus taxes and fees
